Heron Properties LLC takes the health and safety of our employees and jobsites very seriously. With the spread of the coronavirus or “COVID-19,” a respiratory disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, we all must remain vigilant in mitigating the outbreak. In order to be safe and maintain operations, we have developed this Comprehensive COVID-19 Exposure Preparedness, Control, Mitigation, and Recovery Plan (the “Plan”) to be implemented for this jobsite.
This Plan is based on currently available information from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”), and is subject to change based on further information provided by the CDC, OSHA, and other public officials. These Phase 1 COVID-19 jobsite safety practices shall remain in place so long as the jobsite is Active and the “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” Washington Gubernatorial Proclamation 20-25, as amended, is in effect. Company also agrees to comply with the following COVID-19 worksite-specific safety practices, as outlined in Gov. Jay Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” Proclamation 20-25, as amended and in accordance with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries General Coronavirus Prevention Under Stay Home, Stay Healthy Order (DOSH Directive 1.70) and other State, Federal, and local law. Copies of all these documents are available on the jobsite.
- NO MORE THAN 6 people are allowed on our job sites at one time.
- EVERYONE is required to maintain 6 feet social distancing at all times.
- EVERYONE is required to have appropriate PPE at all times.
- EVERYONE is required to sign in to the Daily Site Visitors log EVERYDAY they are at our job site.
